Jackhammer's Why?

I Nathan: When I was younger, I got involved with drugs and alcohol in a bad way. I found that fitness helped me get through those times. Through lifting and strength training, I imroved my life exponentially. I began training because I wanted to share a lifestyle and passion for fitness with others. I believe that were I to stop training and stop helping other people that I may go back to that lifestyle I lived so long ago.
